By placing an order through galvoriaft.com, you agree to these Terms and the store policies applicable to the transaction.

02. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and availability accurately. Minor appearance differences may occur because of screens, lighting, materials, and reasonable manufacturing variations.

03. Order Submission & Acceptance

An order confirmation means an order request was received, not necessarily that payment, inventory, fraud-prevention, or fulfillment review is complete. We may refuse or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing errors, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill it. Collected amounts for canceled orders will be refunded.

04. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Checkout displays applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, payment methods, and the final order total. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method.

05. Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days, or up to 5 business days during unusually busy periods. Standard carrier transit to supported United States destinations is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

06. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. After an approved return is received, inspected, and approved, the eligible refund is initiated within 5–10 business days.

07. Product or Fulfillment Problems

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly. Once confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution without additional cost caused by an error attributable to us.

08. Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests should be sent promptly. We will make reasonable efforts before fulfillment begins, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing starts. No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

09. Promotional Offers

Discount codes and promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchases, exclusions, usage limits, or other conditions shown with the offer.

10. Appropriate Product Use

Dusting tools must be used lawfully and according to applicable product descriptions, care guidance, safety notices, surface compatibility information, and instructions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from a purchase, transaction, or use of the store. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on galvoriaft.com. Unless law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is submitted generally applies to that transaction.
